How It's Made
5 steps. Zero compromises. Here's exactly how your oil goes from a mustard field in Mahoba to your family's kitchen — and why every step matters.
The right seed makes all the difference.
We work directly with mustard farmers in Mahoba, Bundelkhand. No middlemen. The seeds are harvested at peak maturity for maximum oil content and flavour.

No heat. No shortcuts. Just pressure.
Seeds are pressed slowly using the traditional Kachi Ghani cold-press method. Temperature stays below 49°C throughout — low enough to protect every vitamin, antioxidant, and fatty acid.

No chemicals. Just gravity and a 14-plate press filter.
After pressing, the raw oil rests and separates naturally — sediment settles by gravity alone. Then it passes through our 14-plate filter press, which removes any remaining solid particles with no bleaching agents, no solvents, and nothing artificial. What comes out is clear, golden, and completely natural.
How filtration works
Bottled right, stays right.
Pure oil is filled into food-grade PET bottles and sealed immediately to lock in freshness. No exposure, no oxidation, no additives to extend shelf life artificially.

From Mahoba to your kitchen — nothing in between.
Orders are packed and dispatched directly. No warehousing delays, no repackaging. What you receive is the same oil pressed in Mahoba — fresh, pure, and exactly as it left us.

The Difference It Makes
Industrial oil skips these steps. That's exactly why it tastes different — and why the nutrients are gone.
Heat above 60°C destroys Vitamin E and Omega-3s. We never go above 49°C.
Hexane and other chemicals used in industrial extraction leave residue. We use none.
Chemical bleaching strips colour and compounds. Gravity filtering keeps everything intact.
Artificial shelf-life extenders interact with the oil. Pure oil, stored right, doesn't need them.
