Sunpress Organics sells cold-pressed mustard oil produced at our facility in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

Natural food products may vary slightly in colour, aroma, and taste between batches due to seasonal variation in raw materials. Such variation is normal and does not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST (5%). Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorised activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock, with a full refund provided.

All orders must be prepaid — we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our secure Razorpay checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Sunpress Organics and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sunpress Organics.

Sunpress Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our products are food items intended for general consumption as part of a balanced diet. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

If you have any food allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Mustard oil contains erucic acid, which is naturally present in mustard seeds. This is normal for traditionally produced mustard oil and is safe for cooking at recommended temperatures.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These terms are in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
